Quest Requirement: Level 15 Vagrant.
Objective: Find and talk to (Master Magician) Ria in Flarine.
Reward: 1,500 Penya

Quest dialogue:

Quest Requirement: Level 15 Vagrant, must have completed the Magician’s Coven.
Objective: Go to (Magician Trainer) Ringda after collecting 5 Twinkle Stones.
Reward: 1,500 Penya and Label of Technique

Quest dialogue:
“I have heard your story. Do you want to study the great power of magic? You must be patient and dilligent with magic. The strong and beautiful spells will be worth your dilligence. I will first test your patience. Bring 5 Twinkle Stones that drop from Aibatts to Magician Trainer Ringda. She will give you an label that proves that you have passed the exam.”
